Le Manoir des Araignées – autumn forest, volcanic stones, golden silence
Theme: grounding, harvest, inner stillness
Yoga: yin yoga, slow vinyasa, self-massage
Moon phase: waning gibbous – release, gentle transformation
Inspiration: Navratri (India) – inner goddesses, soft power
Mantra: “I slow down. I ground myself. I harvest within what I have sown.”
Three days to enter the silence, settle, walk slowly, breathe the October air,
write, create, observe, and listen. A journey back to the essential.

Day 1 – Friday / ARRIVAL & ROOTS
From 4 PM: calm welcome, warm herbal tea, dried fruits, blankets
6–8 PM: yin yoga + grounding meditation
8:30 PM: Dinner (shared or booked)
Evening: opening circle, autumn oracle, journaling or shared silence

Day 2 – Saturday / EARTH, WALK & RITUAL
8:00–9:00 AM: Breakfast
10 AM–12 PM: slow vinyasa + self-massage + deep breathing
12:30–2 PM: lunch & rest (quiet time, journaling, garden)
2:30 PM–5:30 PM: walk in the forest + visit to a lake or river – barefoot walking, foraging, creation of natural mandalas.
6–8 PM: yin yoga + deep sound relaxation
8:30 PM: Dinner
Evening ritual: release ritual – leaf offering, silent circle, gentle fire

Day 3 – Sunday / INTEGRATION & SIMPLICITY
8:00–9:30 AM: Breakfast
10 AM–12 PM: meditative yoga + pranayama + slow chanting
12:30–1:30 PM: Lunch
2–3 PM: collective autumn mandala workshop – creation with leaves, seeds, intentions
3–4 PM: closing circle in silence or soft words, shared gratitude & tea
