Day 1 – Friday / Arrival & Gentle Equilibrium
From 4 pm: Warm Welcome, Herbal Tea, Dried Fruits.
6 pm – 8 pm: Hatha Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation for Transition
8:30 PM: Dinner (shared or booked)
Evening Free: Seasonal Oracle Circle, Soft Chant or Silent Meditation.

Day 2 – Saturday: Listen, Connect, Ritual
8:00–9:00 AM: Breakfast
10 am – 12 pm : Partner Yoga + Gentle Vinyasa Flow
12:30 pm – 2 pm : Lunch & Relaxation (Writing, Contemplation, Silence)
2:30–5:30 PM: visit to a lake or river – mindful walk, nature immersion & plant offering
6 pm – 8 pm : Yin Yoga + Self-Massage + Mantra
8:30 PM: Dinner
Evening ritual: four directions ritual – symbolic movements, breathwork, vision circle

Day 3 – Sunday / Wisdom & Gentleness.
8:00–9:30 AM: Breakfast
10 am – 12 pm : Yoga of the Senses, Soft Chanting, Guided Relaxation
12:30–1:30 PM: Lunch
2 pm – 3 pm : Ayurvedic Gentle Discovery Workshop – Types, Self-Care, Daily Balance.
3 pm – 4 pm : Closing Circle, Final Share, Intention Card & Shared Herbal Tea
